Welcome to The Fitness Foundation, offering a range of fitness classes around Chipping Norton.

Our classes are inventive, fun, safe and effective while working in all three planes of movement, and because all exercises are adaptable, class are open to all age groups.  So whatever your fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned pro, you will find a class to suit you. I look forward to meeting you.

Classes include:

  • FITNESS PILATES – core stability & flexibility
  • FITBOX – high energy, contact and non contact cardio combat class
  • PERSONAL TRAINING – one to one training
  • BODYFIT – full body conditioning, using functional exercise
  • BOOTCAMP CIRCUITS – a great multi station workout for fat burning and fitness

All classes are 55 mins long and include, warm up, cool down and stretching.
